Alex Hall Shares the Video for His Feel Good Festive Original ’57 Chevy Bel Air with a Little Help from a Very Special Guest

It's only the first of December and already we've had a flurry of new holiday songs to get us two stepping all the way into Christmas. Carter Faith, Melissa Carper and Luke Bryan have all been singing in the season with new EPs and albums and even Larry Fleet has found 'That Spirit of Christmas,' but it's Alex Hall that's really filling our stocking with the four festive classics that make up his A Very Merry Christmas From Alex Hall EP.

Co-produced by The Brummies’ Jacob Bryant & John Davidson, the four-song project features just one cover and three new originals written by Hall alongside Bryant and Davidson. From the rockabilly twang of ''57 Chevy Bel Air' and 'A Very Merry Christmas' to the soul stirring 'O Holy Night' and the cheeky 'Jingle My Bells,' Alex Hall is really getting us in the mood this holiday season.

Holler is excited to be sharing the new video for ''57 Chevy Bel Air', which cheerfully describes Hall’s dream car for Santa’s wish list this year and even stars the big man himself.

“As long as I can remember, my dream car has been a 1957 Chevy Bel Air," Hall says about the song. "We had been writing all of the Christmas songs on the project for a few days and felt like there was one song missing. We started tossing out ideas of things that felt like classic Christmas and what we would ask for if we could have anything… out came ‘‘57 Chevy Bel Air!’ It reminds me of the Elvis Christmas music, which is my favorite, and that’s exactly the feeling I wanted this song and the EP to have.”

"Getting to spend the day driving one around felt like a dream come true," Alex says about driving a 1957 Chevy Bel Air in the video. "And sharing the ride with the man of the hour, Santa Claus, made it even more magical. This video is so fun, and it’s a memory I’ll look back on every holiday season.”
